The land has been waiting for you
For nearly four years I lived in a campervan, sleeping in forests and beside stone circles, lochs and wild coastlines. I came out the other side with my sparkle back, and a notebook full of the places that gave it to me.
These guides are that notebook, grown up and polished. Every holy well, every ancient yew, every waterfall worth the walk, and every bed and table worth knowing about, all gathered so you can make the pilgrimage in your own time, at your own pace, on your own terms.
Everything you need to go
Each guide is around forty beautifully designed pages, with full page photographs, ready the moment you buy.
A day by day route

Rosslyn Chapel
Founded in 1446 by William Sinclair, this small chapel is so densely carved it feels like stepping into a forest of stone. Look for the Green Men peeping out of leaves and vines all over the walls, and the Apprentice Pillar with dragons coiled around its base. Come early, sit on a pew and let your eyes wander until one carving speaks to you.

How do I receive my guide?
The moment your payment goes through, you will see a download link on screen and receive an email with your link. Your guide is a beautifully designed PDF that opens on any phone, tablet or computer. The link stays active for 24 hours after your first download, so save it straight away.
Can I use it offline?
Yes. Download it to your phone before you go and it works anywhere, even in the glens where the signal disappears. The map and website links will open whenever you are back online.
Is everything up to date?
Every guide was researched and checked in October 2026. Opening times, prices, tides and access change with the seasons, so please check the website for each place before you travel.
Are the hotel prices fixed?
Every price is a ballpark figure to help you plan. Rates change with the seasons, school holidays, festivals and demand, and from year to year, so always check the current price directly with each place before you book.
Can I print it?
Absolutely. Each guide is designed in A4, so it prints beautifully for your journal or your glovebox.
Which guide should I start with?
Follow the pull. If one of the photographs made your heart skip, that is your answer. If they all did, the Sacred Collection holds all eight and saves you £179.
Can I travel with you in person instead?
Yes, and I would love that. Rock & Rose Adventures hosts small, soulful journeys and retreats. Drop us a line and we will tell you what is coming up.
